Our January Activity

  

LET'S INTRODUCE OUR MOST TRADITIONAL COURSES

Our first BIG activity is "TRADITIONAL FOOD" which is going to be done via BLENDED COUNTRY teams. We have 5 different teams. Each student is going to have a task in different teams. In the google form we are going to write which student is going to do or say what. All the students are going to speak in English. 

First, we determined what we are going to cook. We thougt on this issue a lot. Because the meals should be easy to cook by the students and the ingredients shoud be found easily in every kitchen.  

Team 1 is going to cook the Azerbaijani cuisine "UC BACI - DOLMA SISTERS"

Team 2 is going to cook the Portuguese cuisine "CODFISH & CREAM"

Team 3 is going to cook the Turkish cuisine "CILBIR"

Team 4 is going to cook the Turkish cuisine "ALİ NAZIK"

Team 5 is going to cook the Lithuanian cuisine "TINGINIES"

RULES ABOUT THE ACTIVITY:

  • Each student is going to do his/her task while wearing masks.
  • Each student is going to shoot his/her video.
  • Each student is going to speak in English.
  • After shooting the videos, each student is going to share his/her video with the mentor teacher.

The team mentor teachers collected the small videos of the students and attach them together. At last, each team had a recipe video of Turkey, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Portugal cuisine.
